Something a bit before love

You’re fluent in a language only I can speak in. Your pronunciation of every word and understanding of every sentence I say, I haven’t had to correct.

I like the way my language sounds out of you so I let you talk to hear it.

I don’t even know the touch of your skin yet but I already know I’ll feel comfortable in it. I wanna ask every question there is to get know you but you spill out so easily I don’t have to—Taking note of everything you tell me so I don’t miss a single beat

We’re so alike we could be each other’s reflection— a mirror, and for once I actually like what’s staring back at me.

I’m usually cold when it comes to this sort of thing but with you I’ve completely melted

You’ve got a lot of baggage but I happen to have a lot of patience.  You said your past catches up to you sometimes, I told you mine does too.

It’s too early to tell what the feeling is but I know what it could be—Can’t say I’m falling yet but I’m right at the edge of the cliff.

Don’t know what the word is but she makes me feel something a bit before love.
